Dog Seller Runs From Cops With Five Puppies Dangling From His Handlebars
Unethical dog breeders are the worst but when abuse is added to the mix, something must be done to protect the innocent puppies.
The rescue had dealt with this dog dealer in the past and had rescued two poor dogs from him prior. So, when they came upon him by chance this day, they were prepared for anything except for what they saw.
The man was riding a motorcycle down the road and when the rescuers got close enough, they saw he had five puppies dangling from nylon ropes from his handlebars. Presumably, he was trying to get attention for the puppies and if that was the case, he succeeded but for the worst reasons possible.
The dog dealer had been running from the police when the rescue came upon the disgusting sight. Fortunately for the puppies, the dog seller stopped so that the rescuers could talk to him. He didn’t appreciate their interference or their questioning the way he transported the puppies but luckily, he didn’t try to escape.
It is gut-wrenching to watch him dangle and manhandle the innocent puppies while he is upset that the rescuers are trying to interfere with his livelihood. The men hotly debate on the side of the street but meanwhile, the five puppies are just hanging in the air.
Finally, they negotiate a price for the puppies, and they are handed over so that they can be untied. But it’s clear the dog dealer is angry, and he hits one of the men trying to save the puppies before he drives away.
Sadly, the man will surely continue his dog trading business and considers it his job and means to care for his family. More puppies surely suffer for this but on this day, at least five have been taken from his custody.
When the puppies are finally untied, they are so happy to be free to move again. Surprisingly, they are in as good of shape as they are in and don’t seem to have any serious injuries. They are super cute like all puppies are but very exhausted and thirstily try to drink.
Now that they are safe, good homes will be found for them. They will no longer be abused for profit. We hope that you enjoyed seeing that after all the heartbreak, they got the happy ending they deserved.
